Finally

I was finally able to get a room on the main level to turn out like I wanted. It really has all to do with the caulk-job...filling in the cracks, but otherwise, making it invisible.

Also, one of the consequences of installing crown molding is that certain things, like curtains, need to be moved down. Otherwise, the ceiling looks "crammed" together. It's not a big deal, it's just one of those things that inevitably surfaces when doing a home improvement project. Right now I am in the middle of moving down the curtains in the dining room so that the room looks "right". It's not worth another picture though...
