Apparently, Julia loves her baby brother very much. She loves him so much that she wants him to stay her baby brother forever. As a result, she has instructed us to feed him the "kind of formula that makes him throw up" so that "he never grows up".
Now that's what I call funny AND insightful. She obviously has a firm grasp of the situation.
